Due to the custom and personalized nature of our interior décor and styling services:
- Design consultations are non-refundable once completed
- Design packages may be eligible for partial refunds if canceled before significant work begins
- Completed design work is non-refundable as it represents intellectual property and professional time
- Furniture and accessory purchases may be subject to manufacturer return policies
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- Clients will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
Project Modifications
We understand that design preferences may evolve during a project:
- Minor modifications can typically be accommodated within the agreed scope
- Significant design changes may result in additional fees
- Change requests should be submitted in writing and approved before implementation

Product Returns

- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
